At Lavish Beautii Cosmetics, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we have the following return and refund policy in place.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, all lash purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lavishbeautii9@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Packaging photos if applicable

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit if the issue is verified.

Order Issues

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • Packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

However, we will always try to assist you in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in cases where products arrive damaged or incorrect and replacements are unavailable.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
